Globe photographer Gina Portugal attended Kanye West’s “Sunday Service” on Saturday at The Gateway Plaza in Salt Lake City.
Occurring the same day as the semi-annual General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, several thousand people filled the outdoor mall for West’s free church-themed concert.
The gathering featured several hymns performed by West’s choir and band, the Sunday Service Collective.
