For students graduating in May, finding a job is moving up fast on the to-do list. Students looking for work may want to check out the Salt Lake Community College Job Fair this week.
SLCC Career and Student Employment Services are holding the Job Fair to help students find employment with 81 of Utah’s top employers. In addition to employer booths, there will be workshops on job fair preparation, job skills and resumes.
Workshops will be available on the Taylorsville Redwood, South City, Library Square and Jordan campuses.
To attend a workshop, students need to pre-register before noon on the day before the workshop is scheduled. To find out when workshops are scheduled, where they will be held and contact information for pre-registration see the full schedule here at the SLCC Student Employment Services.
The job fair will be this coming Wednesday, April 16, from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
