Salt Lake Community College’s Film Department is casting for more than 50 student-led short films and commercials this week.

The film department is accepting all ethnicities and ages. There are more than 100 roles to be cast.

Auditions will be 1-6 p.m. Thursday and 2-7:30 p.m. Friday in the film sound stage room (room 1-046) at South City Campus.

Students may read from the provided material for their audition, or they can bring a prepared monologue. Coming prepared with head-shots or a resume is preferred, however the film department will have their own head-shot station during auditions.

For more information, check out their event page on Facebook.
