What are the best places to study at Salt Lake Community College?
Since many SLCC students commute between work, school and home, finding a good place to study or do assignments is a priority.
Four SLCC campuses have libraries that accommodate any student needs for studying. Here is a brief overview of what students will find at each campus.
The Marksoian Library has a large computer lab on the main floor. Multiple study rooms are available downstairs, with one large room for faculty or other big groups. The top floor has a quiet room for focused, individual studying, and a common area with tables for group study sessions.
The South City Campus library offers four study rooms and anyone can check out markers and erasers for the white boards.
Located in the Health and Science building, the Jordan Campus library features six study rooms for group or individual study.
While the Miller Campus library in the Miller Free Enterprise Center has no individual study rooms, it is isolated enough to offer privacy and silence.

Not only do these areas provide a cool and comfortable place to study, but students get additional help from tutors. Tutoring hours may vary, so make an appointment for individual tutoring or just walk in.
I would study more in the nice and quiet library but there are more rows of computers like they have in the student center than tables to sit at and study. Also the tables they do have fill up quickly every day.
