Get ready for SLCC’s emergency preparedness fairs

In support of National Preparedness Month, the Salt Lake Community College Emergency Management Department is sponsoring preparedness fairs at several campuses through the first of October.

National Preparedness Month is recognized each September through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to promote emergency and disaster planning within both families and communities.

The fairs will be:

  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday in the Academic and Administration Building lobby at Taylorsville Redwood Campus.
  • 2:30-4 p.m. Tuesday in the Miller Free Enterprise Center vendor hall at Miller Campus.
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday in Jordan Health Sciences Building room 102T at Jordan Campus.
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 1 in the East Foyer at South City Campus.
