The 2015 Taste of Latin America Festival was held Oct. 23 and 24 at Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City.
The event was filled with music, crafts, traditional dances and — of course — delicious Latin American dishes such as churros, tamales and empanadas.
Salt Lake Community College was also present at the festival. Alexandria DeAngelo and Joshua Hammond from the School of Applied Technology shared their culinary skills by preparing ingredients for tamales and food art.
