Unless you hang out in the basement of the Administration Building on the Taylorsville Redwood campus often you’ve likely never met or even seen Sarah Reale.

Reale is the Social Networking Coordinator and the voice of SLCC on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and eBlogger.
“Our [social networking] goals include getting people using social media, coordinating social media across campuses to streamline communication, education and increasing [student] awareness and involvement,” says Reale.
She posts daily on these four social websites, where she shares information about upcoming events, poses questions for comment, throws out hoorahs for sports team wins and shares photos of recent activities.
“Mostly I want to be a resource on campus for people to feel confident about asking questions,” said Reale.
When asked what people are saying about SLCC online she said that everyone has good things to say and seems to really like SLCC.
“It’s fun to make friends, interact and get information about events,” says Reale.
Reale grew up in Colorado. She recently graduated from Utah State University with a master’s degree in political science. Her undergraduate degree, also from USU, is in communication with a public relations emphasis
