In this classic film from 1987 we are introduced to young Bud Fox, played by Charlie Sheen. Eager to get ahead in the financial game, Fox takes a few steps outside of the typical traders playbook and gets in league with powerful and greedy Gordon Gekko.
Michael Douglas won an Oscar for his role in this film. His “greed is good” speech still to this day is famous but the speech he gives Bud Fox in his office about the statistic and facts of the wealthy will leave you with chills because of its candor and harsh truth.
