A woman's place is in the resistance
March is Women’s History Month, which celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

International Women’s Day is one of many dates Salt Lake Community College celebrates during Women’s History Month.

Women’s History Month honors the females who were trailblazers and champions of the women’s rights movement, along with bringing awareness to the issues of sexism and inequality still present in society.

You can help SLCC celebrate Women’s History Month by attending one or more of many female-led events and workshops at the Taylorsville Redwood Campus over the course of this month.
