Final exam are just around the corner and for many of us it’s the most difficult part of the semester. The fact that we have planned for vacations and with the summer coming many of us are not focus at all. That why for a better finals week you have to organized. In fact, say no to all the distractions and be selfish for a week. Being focused means being concentrated. Also plan every hour of studies for that week and the breaks give you 10 to 15 minutes every one hour. Allow an equal time of study to all your different class. If you feel like you stuck in one of you class meet with a study group or go to see a tutor. You can find many tutors on campus in Salt Lake Community College they work with the student support service and they can help you in many subjects like math, physics and languages. Indeed you can take an appointment with your professor and ask him all the questions relevant to your test or whatever you didn’t understand. Professors like student who shows interest in their subject. Another tip is to eat healthy and exercise. In fact, consuming sugar when you are studying is very good for your brain. You can eat fruits, veggies and cereals. Forget all your bad behavior by forbid junked food all week long. Take also the time to walk even is it for 10 minutes it will make you calm and focused. Because sometimes getting a way from the book give you a better perspective. Strategize your studying time around the type of test that your teacher usually gives.

It can sound funny but avoid stressful people. Stress is actually contagious so avoid your hyper sensible friend because their stress will only add to yours. Feeling confident is one of my favorite tips because picturing yourself with all the right answer and how the text will be easy can help you to relax. Get some confidence the day of your test we help you to do better. Those tips are not irrelevant take them and modified them to your needs I hope they will help you.
