The Diversity Exploration conference held on Oct. 14 was earlier reported as being organized by the Mayor’s Office of Diversity Affairs. Unfortunately, The Globe was misinformed and the event was organized by Student Life and Leadership and was sponsored by the SLCC Art and Cultural Event Committee. The Globe sincerely apologizes to Student Life and Leadership, the SLCC Art and Cultural Event Committee and the mayor’s office for this misunderstanding.
